The Western Valleys Natural Park
The route runs through the Ansó, Hecho, Aragües del Puerto and Aisa valleys, and it is recommended for all year round, although care must be taken during periods of bad weather during the winter.
Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park
The route runs through the Ordesa, Añisclo, Escuaín and Pineta valleys, and it is recommended for all year round, although care must be taken during periods of bad weather during winter. The best months are May and June. During July and August, some of the most popular parts of the park can be very busy.
Posets Maladeta Natural Park
The route runs through the Upper Valley of the Ésera River, and it is recommended for all year round, although care must be taken during periods of bad weather during winter. The best months are May and June. During July and August, some of the most popular parts of the park can be very busy.
Sierra Caballera
The route runs through Riglos, Sarsamarcuello, Loarre and Aniés and is recommended for all year round.
Sierra and Canyons of Guara Natural Park
The route runs through Alquézar-Bierge-Panzano-Loporzano-Santa Eulalia la Mayor –Vadiello-San Julian de Banzo-Apiés-Salto de Roldán and is recommended for all year round.
ROUTES IN THE EBRO DEPRESSION
Huesca and surroundings
The route runs through Huesca, Loreto reservoir, Torresecas, Lupiñén, Ortilla, Montmesa. La Sotonera reservoir, Chimillas reservoir, Fornillos and Montearagón Castle and is recommended for all year round.
Monegros and Bajo Cinca counties
The route runs through Sariñena, Bujaraloz, Monegrillo, Farlete, Alcolea de Cinca, Chalamera, Ontiñena, Ballobar, Candasnos, Albalate de Cinca, Belver de Cinca, Zaidín and Fraga and is recommended for all year round.
Wetlands of the Cinco Villas county
The route runs through Tauste, Ejea de los Caballeros, Sábada and Pinsoro and is recommended for all year round, although the greatest accumulation of birds is during the winter and during migratory periods (March/April and August/September).
Zaragoza and surroundings
The route runs through The Juslibol Oxbow, the Natural Reserve of the Ebro woodlands and oxbows, Vedado de Peñalor, Llanos de Villanueva and the Castejón hills and is recommended for all year round, although best avoided on the days that the strong northwest wind is blowing.
Caspe and Mequinenza
The route runs through Chiprana, Caspe, Magdalena Peninsula, Mequiñenza and La Porchina and is recommended for all year round.
ROUTES THROUGH THE IBERIAN SYSTEM
Moncayo range
The route runs through the Summits of Moncayo, Moncayo meadows, the Mata Hills and Alto Huecha, and it is recommended for all year round, although care must be taken during periods of bad weather during the winter.
Hoces del Jalón - Palo del Moro y Llanos de Calatorao - Alfamen
The route runs through the Jalón gorges in Ricla and the plains of Calatorao –Alfamen and is recommended for winter and spring.
Belchite and Bajo Martín counties
The route runs through Mediana, Quinto de Ebro, Belchite, Codo, Lécera, Albalate del Arzobispo and the best period to visit is Spring, as well as the postbreeding migration in September.
Gallocanta Lagoon and surroundings
The route runs through Daroca, Calamocha, Gallocanta, Las Cuerlas, Bello, Tornos y Berrueco. Odón y Blancas. Torralba de los Frailes and Cubel, and is recommended for all year round.
Maestrazgo
The route runs through the Source of the Pitarque River, Santolea reservoir and is recommended for all year round.
Around Teruel
The route runs through Los Ojos del Jiloca, the Cañizar Lagoon and Campo Visiedo and is recommended for all year round.
